Creator's note - If you can't associate the word "Icarus" with anything other than that totally awesome canasian guy who makes crazy maps, then you need to get up on your Greek mythology.

Tired of being bound by Train, Truck, or Land Rover for transport?

Well open your eyes to this!

With the arrival of the new Icarus Airliners poster to place anywhere in your property, absolutely free. Just select your Overlay tool, choose this fine poster (which should have its contents stored in your tf folder), and slap it on to any of your finely constructed materials.

Now, fly you beautiful birds, fly!

You know, considering the context, Icarus the mapper was indeed the first thing that came to mind. But then I looked at the poster and saw what you did there.

Actually, for some reason I imagined the poster for the Dead Air campaign from L4D. Not sure if it's a good thing or not.

Then again, it's probably good that I think this poster is official-game quality.

Shouldn't it be "Airlines?"

back in the day they were sometimes referred to as airliners ;)

airline is the company, airliner is the vehicle. so in this context it would sorta be like "Boeing Airliners" as opposed to "American Airlines"

and I double what grazr said... the props shouldn't be crooked

The propeller angles were meant to be more stylistic, as oppose to functional.

Do they burst into flames at cruising altitude?

yo guys, the propellers can be crooked in alpha 1...there are only 132 alpha's coming before this poster goes beta so it'll be fixed, in time. You can be sure though once all is said and done, it'll be the most balanced damn plane you've ever been on.

You see, there was a clown on each wing to keep it so balanced.

Or perhaps that's why they are Icarus Airliners.
