Where are the credits for the game? I wanna find out the names of all of the people who worked on the game, especially the voice actors who did some of the best acting I ever heard in a video game.

Google is quick on indexing this site, which looks -to me- like a compliment!
But no, don't have an answer yet. Maybe you need to 'finish' the game (by for instance have all achievements).

I have all the achievements, you don't get the credits when you get th last one.
I have no idea where you would find the credits though, for voice actors try looking on various wikies

heh... 10 years of development, the credits were bigger than the game. You need to tap into the universal singularity to even view them, good luck.
