It works fine, but you've got a large white area on the right side... Delete that and make the areas where the tears are transparent.

Really, it turned out white? It was supposed to be transparent!

Anyway, thanks for the tip. Fixing it will have to wait until I'm back on a computer with Photoshop.

The linkey at the bottom of my post is an edited .tga, transparent where it needs to be ;)
