That looks too realistic for TF2 really, I can't see any brush strokes and it doesnt look like it has a normal map :(

Idk... it could be used in certain circumstances. Definitely not a floor though. It's a very nice looking texture btw.

I dunno. It looks awsome, but only slightly cartoony. Certainly worth a download and test-drive :)
