Judge all maps on how good they are overall. A good rule to go by is to ask yourself how much fun you've had on the various maps. Looks do not matter at all if the map isn't any good to play on.

Ended up (it seemed) being based on gameplay, how much fun people had, and the quality of the work.

I sort of was hoping, no offense intended to anybody, that Fr0Z3n would come third so he could get a Dr's Dapper Topper from himself, because that would be hilarious! :O
