Does anyone know how feasible it would be to write a small program that would run in the background and periodically (every 5-10 minutes, for example) check the server list. If it finds a server that has users playing and is running a specific map, it would notify you.

I keep wishing I had something like this. It seems like half the time that I actually do find a server running my map, I join and then it changes maps a minute later.

ugh I hate that. They really need to add the amount of time left for the map each server has as a search filter.

QFT. I've wanted this since the first days of Steam and HLDM.
