You should be able to view blogs, however you are not able to post to a blog.

Oh, why is this? I thought that everyone was able to make blogs. Its not a vip/donater only thing is it?
If it is can non vip/donaters post comments about the blogs?

everyone can see, read, comment, etc. but if you arent vip you cant create or post to the blog. we were thinking of leaving it open, but this is inviting spammers to run rampant. we might figure something out for after x number of posts or 'thanks' it opens it up for you.
