How's it going?

My name's Samm, I go by SammMoney in the gaming world. I've been stating to get interested in making maps so thought I would join here in hopes to find help and get ideas from other mappers.

Nope, no maps in progress i've just found quite a few I would like to fix up that seem to be dead maps. And feel that with my creativity I could do better so, I was thinking maybe its time to learn.

Other than the site here any recommendations for different resources i should look into. Especially since I'm just starting out. (no experience what-so-ever)

there are countless online tutorials for hammer, but for tf2 specific, i would say this is the best place to go.
