View Full Version : Tutorials Section.
Just wondering why our glorious tutorials section is relegated to a subforum of mapping discussion, shouldn't it be accessible from the main forum index, since mapping and mapping help is the point of our entire group?
I think this makes sense as well.

i also agree
I would prefer to see a main tutorial section
with subgroups for Mapping, Texturing, Modeling

I agree too! I don't think enough people see it, as it rarely gets any new posts. :(

The old tutorial threads also get pushed back into the depths of the forums. So people will only really see the most recent of tutorials "published".
I fifth this notion.

I also think this is a sound idea. I'll poke the forum monkey w/ a stick ;)

epic 6month bump
Wasn't it just bumped by a spammer though? Several threads have been resurrected by a spammer bringing it to the top of the list momenteraly which then makes it catch someone's interest.
Either that or the bumper is a new member who probably didn't look to see that the thread they're posting in is 5+ months old.
ID clearly isnt the latter though....

I'd go as far as to say it'd be really nice if you could sub-forum the mapping tutorials based on difficulty level.

I'm waiting for the threads 1 year anniversary :)
