Allow bz2 file extension for map uploads?

It makes it a lot easier for server admins to upload maps if they don't have to manually make a .bz2 for high-speed download servers. It'd be nice to have that as an option. Then we could advertise that TF2Map.net is friendly for server admins...

Simple fix and works now, .bz2 is allowed and a BIG thank you.
