Event will begin at:
UK: 7:00PM
Eastern: 2:00PM
Central: 1:00PM
Mountain: 12:00PM
Western: 11:00AM

Event will take place at:
US TF2Maps.net Server: 72.233.93.233:27015

Map Submission Structure:
* Map Name (ex. ctf_mycoolmap_b2 )
* Link to map download
* Map is for testing: Yes / No
Optional: Link to discussion thread.
* Denotes required field.
Please submit all maps by 4 PM EST on Friday



Time slots are NOT available on a first-come, first serve basis. We will try to adjust the schedule to fit everyone, but as of friday it is finalized so please try to be there at least for your slot.

the 11 has to mean November, the 08 has to be the year, but the 05 can not be the day...as its the 9th today

the calender says 15th...so you might want to change the thread title to that

EDIT: I noticed someone submitted an arena map...so id like to confirm that the server's errors with arena maps has been fixed

The map IS for playtesting.

This time with fixed spawns, added pathways, etc etc. A lot of improvement since the earlier version.

there is a workaround, need to get with immortal to figure out what it is though but ill know by gameday.

im 90% sure its a problem with the arena_config.cfg
someone should take a look at it, here is what mine looks like as an example

May I just suggest that that we take care of all arena maps at once, probably either at the beginning or the ending, just to make sure it doesn't throw a server restart in the middle of the event?

arena map are at the end, but I think you all are over reacting, since I can use the workaround by pressing a button, and usually I join the server as one of the first 3 people, so it wont be a big deal.

Change! Change my map to be _a3. Due to recent playtests I found out some seriously important gameplay tweaks that I added immediately. _a2 is yesterday. ;P

every time an arena map was tried on the server that i witnessed multiple workarounds were tried each time, nothing worked and it killed the server...i mean honestly...how difficult is it to take a look at the arena config cfg and confirm there is nothing weird happening there

I apologize for a bug that the blu forward spawn door wasn't working, I forgot to enable the triggers after capturing C. I've just uploaded a fixed version so if you already downloaded the map please do again.

I just deleted the map, and redownloaded it from your old post so I just uploaded the damaged one to the server.

sorry for that. If you redownloaded it everything should be fine because _a2 and _a2fixed are the same maps now, both fixed.

There might have been. Dox changed SourceTV to auto, but that was for the last 3-4 maps. Safe bet is that you weren't covered.

and I have no clue how to operate source tv, I dont even know if it got the videos recorded after I turned it on. Anyone feel like enlightening me on where the videos would be?

And sorry Youme, I turned it on well after your map, Next gameday ill try to get demos for all if I can figure it all out.

seems relatively simple...though it depends on just how far your permissions go...
dem files are saved at the game root...so for tf2 it would be saved in the tf directory and with an auto record it should be saved with the name of the maps recorded
