The deadline for finishing your entry (can be an alpha/beta/final version if you're not 100% finished yet) so here is the thread where you need to post your final entries - this thread will be locked at 0:00 GMT 15th January so be sure to get your submission in before then.

A few things to note:

Uploading to TF2maps.net is a requirement (http://forums.tf2maps.net/downloads.php?do=cat&id=1) you may upload them anywhere else you wish but the one uploaded there will be the one I accept as your entry and will the one I will publicise (Entering means you've given me permission to pack it into an "entrant mappack" and publicise it)
The screenshot you provide a link to must be one you're happy to have represent you're screenshot, it must be 960x600 pixels with no HUD or player models and they must be taken at the highest quality your PC will go to, especially important is a high AA (It doesn't matter if it lags a bit whilst you're taking screenshots remember). The screenshot must also be free of anything you've added - that means no watermarks of any kind.
If you're having problems with any part of making your submission don't hesitate to PM me and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. If you're having problems with the official upload PM DrPepper with your problem and send a PM to myself to let me know and again once it's fixed.
Your map must be submitted as a raw .bsp file inside a single .zip with any readme.txt you wish to accompany it. Please do not put anything else in the .zip either. (see the example I posted below)
This thread will be pruned of any posts that are not explicitly submissions to make my job easier on the day the contest ends, post queries over in the contest discussion thread (http://forums.tf2maps.net/showthread.php?t=3707) please.
Since the beginning of the contest the method of voting has been thrown into question, a new solution is being devised, but whatever it is we won't start deciding until after at least a week of the deadline giving everyone enough time to play the maps. (may I also remind you that Moderators are excluded from claiming the prize which means neither pl_halfacre or pl_frontier will be taking a prize home)

Format for submission posts:

If you're quick I'll over look it, but it was in the requirements!

Also I'd like to remind eerieone that (even though I'll accept it as it is) he didn't provide a link to a screenshot but a link to a webpage hosting his screenshot - not the same thing!

I think that given the number of entries received, we can be lenient ;)

Would have been nice if there was just one more entry - the screenshots would have gone nicely in a 3/3 grid

uh, oh yeah /locks thread.
