Steam Servers down?

d´uh, now the contest is over and i have some time to play, but yippie, "Steam is having trouble connecting to the Steam servers"
steampowered.com is down as well

is that just me or are you experiencing the same problem?

steam is not logging in, i´m getting only a retry connection window
can´t reach steampowered as well

does anyone experience the same problem?
what can i do?

could be, i played yesterday, then quit, l4d updated, today in the morning i start up the my pc and steam won´t log in
strange thing is that i can´t reach the steampowered.com page, with any browser
installed steam on my vista partition just to check, same problem

I believe its a problem with my ISP, i can connect to steampowered.com through a proxy

need to call those slow telephoneleeches first thing in the morning

Bah, after mapping for months and being 24/7 on steam, i feel so alone atm :(

seems like my problem isn´t the ISP, but moreso my IP, its a 95.range, and i believe valve blocked those somehow. don´t know why, don´t care why, i´m just stuck in that range and can´t do sh...

hope valve reads my support-ticket asap or i´ll go frenzy
