Avatar resize to smaller?

When I upload a 150x150 it resizes itself to smaller, is it a bug?

Signature and Avatar Rules:

Avatars:
The maximum size of your custom image is 150 by 150 pixels or 100.0 KB (whichever is smaller).

That's what it said in some announcement (http://forums.tf2maps.net/announcement.php?f=13), And it is 150x150 and under 100kb.

I changed it for now, when i get home *Tuesday* I'll redo and elaborate a bit more.

Seeing as this isn't that old and since I didn't want to start a new thread. Is there anyway that the BB Code not be included in the filesize for signatures? Cause I can put a sentence and if I want to put a link to something also I sometimes can't even do that. I think I maxed out the signature with what is currently below in mine right now. Sad I couldn't even make the "Click Here!" red cause it went over the limit. *sighs* It's kind of annoying and just thought that maybe it shouldn't be like that and it is a bug. Cause on every other forums I have been on BB Code isn't included in the character limit. :) Thanks for reading!

remove &postcount=1 from the url, that should give you enough to make it red...just

Well... Lol that's was really the point, but I'll do that i guess... But I was hoping to clear up about... 50 characters if there was no BB Code involved in the limit. I'm sure it can't be that hard to change. Oooor iiiiiiis iiiiiiit? Lol

Just last night I finally found the help page (http://forums.tf2maps.net/misc.php?do=bbcode) on the BBcode. [post] and [thread] could be very handy in keeping under sig limit :)
