Greetings, TF2 Mappers!

I've been browsing the site for a few weeks now and finally decided to join. From what I've found, this place seems to be one of the better places around for TF2 mappers to congregate.

I've dabbled around with map making previously but have never actually released anything - a pattern I hope to change with TF2. With some perseverance and probably a hefty amount of input and advice from others in this community, hopefully a fully completed map will materialize.

Thanks! I have checked out the tutorials here, as well as most of the WIP threads. I also just joined the Steam group so I'll jump into chat at some point.

As far as screenshots are concerned, no I haven't really gotten anything to a point where I thought screenshots were worthwhile. However, I am currently working on a dustbowl type map that's just about ready for a few screens. I'll take a few sometime in the coming days and probably start a WIP thread from there.

I don't know jack crap about mapping, but I do know a bit about programming. So if you have any questions in regard to programming something, you can try asking me. I am a general forum moocher who is currently having fun re-writing the chat logging app running in the Steam group chat.
