is it just me or does it take a few milliseconds longer going from the british flag to the german than any other? it could be cuz it's repeating right there, but idk :D

It is on the British flag a little longer. For viewing, the speed of rotation you have it set on is too fast, to the point of being annoying. I'd recommend about 2.5 - 3 seconds per flag - IMHO.

A couple of samples I did for some clan mates. Speed all depends on what you want to say but it normally should not overpower your work.

First one is meant to be fast moving for an avatar.

I'm not a big fan to be honest =( Its too large *height/width* and way to obnoxious in my opinion *constant flashing of colors so fast. I wish i could disable it.

Props for the Photoshop work/ animated .gif, but not as a signature =(.. please =)

Yeah, right now I think its to tall, and flashing to fast. I think a slower rotation would look much better.

I'll do a couple of things for you to give you some ideas of how to display the flags. For starters, here's a user bar. Little more subtle. Flags rotate every two seconds.
