Never miss another hand of the world's classiest card game! If there is a game of baccarat within two hundred miles of you, you will know. This EASY-TO-CONCEAL device is no larger or heavier than a standard car engine, and will detect any type of baccarat, from BACCARAT CHEMIN DE FER to BACCARAT BANQUE.

PLEASE NOTE:
The baccarat detector DOES NOT recognize punto banco as a form of baccarat. We're sure we do not have to tell you that Baccarat is to punto banco what a fine wine is to a toilet full of spoiled meat.

Original Design: Valve

You may use this model in your map as long as you credit the author in your readme and release notes.

Contains the baccarat detector model and skins for both blue and red.

Extract from your "SteamApps\[username]\team fortress 2\tf" directory to install.

Awesome model, Shmitz Too bad it can't be used for the ctf push game model instead. Think about it: Players push it along the field, similar to payload, but it can go any direction the team wishes it to go.

Now if only I could make those numbers actually count down the closer it got to the point. ;)

I think that would be possible with some clever material work.

It'd be nice if the wheels and dish spun while it was moving too *nudge nudge*

mmm yes. I call for three animation states. No movement. Dish+belts. Dish+belts+wheels!

Before this gets too out of hand, this was never intended as a payload cart, so don't expect it to animate anytime soon. =P

this was never intended as a payload cart

...and shouldn't be used as one either.

Yeah, I see it as more of an alternative to that Computer Cart model notably seen in Well's final points and the bottom of Alpine "Spytech" pits.

Awesome! Now I just need to read up on what it's used for (I can swear I used to know it :P) so I can give it a use in my map.

EDIT: Uh, wait... lol wut

I lied, I never knew what a baccarat detector was. :P

Now if only I could make those numbers actually count down the closer it got to the point. ;)

Maybe have the counter as a separate object, with a custom skin for each number?

If it were used, it would need a set of tracks that fit the size!

SiniStarR
07-12-2009, 07:42 PM
or perhaps no track at all, maybe arrows on the floor :O

Where we're going, we don't need tracks.

I absolutely NEEDED to put this in my new map somehow, but I didn't want to just have it sitting around for no reason, so:
