[Request] Sound Filtering

Seeing as some things that have been requested of the devs have been implemented, I would like to request that this be passed onto the devs, as it should be a feature and is annoying to get around.

Sound filtering: the ability to play a sound for only one team

I'm not sure how hard it would be for them to clone their ambient generic and make a _tf version that can be filtered... but it would be very nice.

anyways, thoughts?

It'd be nice if it were just a property that accepts an integer for a team number.
