propper.fgd and propper.exe have to be in the...
propper.fgd and propper.exe have to be in the source 2009 bin instead of the orangebox bin.

i think it would be nifty if there was a yellowing color on the rock like the cliffs, but have a bit of snow on the top of them to make them blend with the snowy environment a bit
