Ragdolls and gibs will only collide with world geometry is what I thought. It isn't a thing you should spend time worrying anyway, as even in valve maps no one seems to care.

An AB->C map in which I'm trying to experiment shorter walk times to the points. Currently in early alpha so the gameplay is no where near solid.
