Might as well, names Josh. Ive been playing TF2 for about a year now. I got into mapping 6 or 7 months ago and ive invested hundreds of hours into it. Im self taught and found out how to do basically everything in hammer on my own. Dont get me wrong, I was aware there are plenty of tutorials out there on how to do stuff, but I enoyed learning it myself. I now have about 750 hours invested into mapping with a little over ten completed maps (only one of which I made public.) Oh god, what else... uhh I own two Team Fortress 2 servers and a minecraft server. Some of the maps we run on my TF2 server are made by me. Yah, thats basically a small summary of me, ill be around if you need me.

Oh boy, im not so sure now. Hehe I think I have to keep working and try for a more... professional looking map. After seeing a few REALLY nice ones, the self confidence thing comes into play, though prostitution may be a little extreme for me.

Or maybe not.

The reason those maps you saw look really good is because those people posted the maps and got feedback. For these types of things it is helpful to get feedback from people who really know their stuff.
