To be fair, it would actually be pretty easy to paint an apple. On the other hand putting paint on fabric is generally an icky crusty mess, and covering an alien creature in paint probably counts as animal abuse.

...not that I care. All I ever did with the huntsman anyway was just point it at my enemy's general direction and cross my fingers.
