made C actually difficult to cap, made water route easier cuz C is now further away, some other change i dont remember

i think i like this, even though it is not perfect

ok im pretty much satisfied with gameplay at this point. one thing i don't like is where jumping is currently restricted, make it really hard to cut people off with a sticky jump or rocketjump and whatnot.
