3D Skybox issus

First off i'd like to say hello! I'm new to the community and may or may not be posting this in the correct section but i was referred here hehe so i apologize in advance.

Im having a Problem with 3D Skyboxes. When i Compile my map and go to test it my 3D Skybox does not show. I see the Skybox Texture that of which is in the Map Properties. Need i say the Skybox is set up properly and with a Sky Camera too, it just doesn't show it. Something else to note this happens with all Maps Compiled in Source SDK not just this one. Need i also note i also deleted and re-installed Source SDK if that helps at all.

try this console command: r_3dsky 1

It's on normally.
You have a custom cfg somewhere that disables it every time you load the game.

Or you've disabled 3dsky in the past and forgot about it.
