Any advice on getting a new map playtested?

I just put up a new map (here it is, in case you're interested).

Does anyone have general advice on how you can get a new map played for playtesting feedback?

Wait till gameday starts again. There is none at the moment because of the contest.

Gameday, like Nutomic pointed out, is a great way of getting your map tested. They do several tests a week at various times, testing 5-10 maps at a time.

Other communities offer testing of their own. For example 2fort2furious and calculatedChaos both test custom maps. The leaders of those respective communities are involved here (FLOOR_MASTER and Cpt. Angry), and have a testing thread floating around somewhere.

Is Gameday something that tf2maps.net runs? Do you have a link to how Gameday works?

Every week (not these weeks) A Boojum Snark posts a thread for a Wednesday, Friday and Saturday test. These threads will unlock for submissions at certain times. To get in, you follow the format of submitting at the top of the gameday thread. Come whatever day, the group will post an announcement. Gamedays are also the only days where you can be provided with a demo file of your map's test.
