I don't know why, but everyone who attempts to join gets "Server is not responding" unless I turn on sv_pure when I host.

That's funny, I get "server not responding" message any time I try to join a full server...
Reminds me of the old Win95 "General protection fault" message that would pop up no matter what went wrong.

If you have Mcafee then it's probably that (Honestly I hate my Security Centre, I mean sure I havent had a Virus in years but it's oversecure).

Also You cannot truly have the settings for testing unless your running GladOS.

What's GladOS exactly, how do u run it, and why do I need it to config my server?
