Question Pyro and Water

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone knew if there is a depth of water whereby if you go in you wont be extinguished from flames? Because I'm creating a CP and theres water by it, and I don't want the Pyro to become useless at defending this CP as thats his/her main feature I guess.
I'm sure I could test it somehow but was just wondering if anyone knew?

Cheers

If you can be completely submerged, then the water extinguished you. Crouching included, this makes it 64 hu I think.

Argh, how much is it in 2fort's basement? At the area where the stairs are, this water used to put out fire if you crouched, but in no way submerged you. They patched it eventually, probably by shallowing the water by 1 unit or so. That should be somewhere near the depth threshold.

Huh? Could have sworn it was 64. Ah well. I'll hedge my bets at 32 then.
