Default How to add custom props?

You need to put your models in the tf/models directory, probably in a new folder for organization. Assuming you've done that (and hopefully tested it in model viewer) make a new entity, prop_static or whatever you need, and go to its properties and change the World Model property to your model.

And make sure the model is set up to look in /materials/models/whateveryoucallyourfolder/ for the texture files, which is of course also where you should put them.
