CHANGES FROM v2:

- Added a basement
- Added a 4th floor
- Added 2 CPs, one for each new floor
- Fixed the cap point overlay on the HUD
- Now you can shoot the landmines to detonate them. Better your bullets than your body, right?
- A staggered ramp in front of the base to help the attackers a wee bit (and make it look moar awesome)
- Widened the window on the 2nd floor battlements so BLU can enter the battlefield through it (but RED Scouts can double jump through it!)
- I found out the name of those metal X things. Caltropes. NOW YOU KNOW!!
- Increased cap point length time
- CUBEMAPS? WHAT SCORCERY IS THIS!?
