So i'm going to explain my changes instead of just spamming them.

Pyro's were becoming overpowered on mid and people wanted health there so I added this:

Now some are saying "That still doesn't fix the problem with tele rooms and isn't it harder for attackers." Well here you all go:

Now you can use that highground and tele rooms to sit and spam rockets

If you don't mind my asking, why are the particles for the jump pads always cut off at a diagonal like that? I thought it might just be my computer but it's like that in the screenshot too.

I definitely feel that you need to add some sort of vertical effect to the jump pads to show "You can go up!"

EDIT: Actually, more.
I feel that the concrete makes this place feel a bit too bleh, flat and repetitive looking. Maybe replace this with a ground blend and displace?

What is the main issue with coloured lighting however? I personally think it's fine as along as everything is still visible and stuff

It's really important and thats why you rarely (if ever) see heavy colored lights in TF2 maps. They're usually white/light yellow/light blue. Something that conveys the color of the light, but does not adjust team recognition.
