When I open the map in my client, this is what my server console says.

Are you starting the server with 32 players slots? If not, that's probably the problem. If yes, then I dunno.

IT is not that. That was from when I open up TF 2 and open the console and type in map mvm_paintballfarm_alpha but that works just fine.

I am starting to think that the scream fortress has broken the version of sourcemod that my host is running on the server. I will have to put a call into my host today. See if he will update sourcemod and metamod.
