OK well it's 1:41 AM here in Korea and i'm taking a break from my mapping for a few minutes before i start fixing my stupid t-junctions problem. (i honestly think i'm going to have to spend 2-4 hours converting brush work into models with XSI. sheesh..
OK so out of pure boredom and a morning/lunch-time topic (for those of you in the states) list your top 3 maps that you can't wait to be released (final versions) and why!
Here's mine:
1) Meridian -- because it's on a volcanic island and there's a giant robot. what other reasons do i need?!! Oh and the little robot toys on the desk made me giggle.
2) Aerospace -- i love how in depth the artist has gone with this one. The back-story and even the custom sounds in the map really intrigue me.
3) Amsterdam -- This map looks extremely detailed.. almost to the point of OCD. I can't wait to study it!
And i'm going to cheat at my own game and name a 4th
4) Bankjob -- it's my first map and i've been working my butt off on it. If i can release it and make at least one person happy.. mission accomplished! This is a huge learning experience for me.

Got your textures last night, and I've been trying to think of an excuse to use them in my current map, lol. I played Aerospace on our last game day. I must have spent a good 10min. just staring at the waterfall. I'm also looking forward to any map that uses one of our groups tags or posters, cuz you never pimp us enough
