Load the point file and see where the leak is? Map -> Load Pointfile in the menus.

If you don't have enough areaportals to seal off an area then they will cause a leak. You can read my tutorial here to gain a better understanding of how they work.

Well before this problem never happened. I didn't change any area portals and when I go load point file, it just points from one of those office chairs through a roof into the void. It doesn't even branch or nothing. And I've checked that entire area and there are no leaks in that area. I've even tried moving the map into a new one but that didn't work either.

You may think you didn't touch any areaportals but what you probably did was change some of the geometry around an areaportal. That's usually how i wind up getting that compile error.

Well I solved the problem. I remembered that I had tested an earlier version on another computer in my house, so I just copied that map over and decompiled it. Then I placed in the edits that I did and it works.

You can look for ages to find the model causing the problem, after hiding all your models first and see if that is causing your problem. Once found, you can decide to reconstruct that model, there doesn't seem to be a real error in the model itself though. In other words, leave it be, it won't hurt you. Unless you bite first! I haven't seen any bad effects caused by this error ingame. The displacement problem as of right now has only 1 solution and it is to delete the displacement.
