I said "I can't reply" because I can't reply. Others can. But I get the "Nineaxis, you do not have permission to view this page" message.

well you belong to the 'registered' users user group that has permission to reply to that forum.

i see what the problem was. you cant reply to your own posts there because you're not supposed to allowed to post there, only mods and admins. but since your post was moved, the permissions stuck and you couldnt reply to YOUR OWN post. ive fixed that. you should be good to go.
