It could be very nice, but the wall texture is way off. And i think some of those are hl2 textures u are using, and that is bad.

btw. how can i know, what a hl2 texture and was a tf2 texture is?

Welcome its looking Good except as He said about that wall texture does fit tf2 at all.
In the keyword Section of Texture Browser you put "tf" and it will sort it.

Now this is much better
