End on tournament mode

I remember seeing a post somewhere on here about ending the game when tournament mode is running but seemed to not be able to find it.

I basically want the map that i am working on, to end when the mp_timelimit is reached. It does this when tournament mode is not running but once mp_tournament mode is running it doesn't.

I went to to round_timer and went on finished - tf_gamerules > setstalemateontimelimit > 1 and it dosn't work. .
