A humor map based off some of the memes from YTMND, with music/sound player functionality and animated textures.

Ramps with a modified version of the "Missing Texture checkboard" texture help players reach the other side of the map; a major fix from my previous version where only demomen can reach the other side.

Objectives:
- Kill as many enemies as possible. A CP version of this map will be available also.

Issues:
-Optimization. Since I'm a n00b, I still don't know how to properly add/use hint brushes, yet.
-Graphics glitch near the right NEDM wall. When next to a gate on the bottom level or at the platform, the skybox acts as if it has disappeared.
-No health or ammo.

Sorry for double posting.

The purple-black checkerboard on the ramps are suppose to be there. I wrote "LOL, missing texture" on it so...yeah...

The bsp file size is so big because of the mp3s packed in the bsp. It's annoying but I tried to make the songs short and have moderately-good quality bit rates. I might make a version of the map without the music files for those who don't want to mess around with the music player.

Music is played via the brushes on the giant weighted companion cub in the middle of the map. The list of music/sounds includes:

"I believe you have my Staper"
"You're the man now, dog!"
Punchout (Spy Sappin' my Sentry Remix)
Max Coveri - Runnin' in the '90s (LOL, internet)
Danny Elfman - Breakfast Machine (from Pee Wee's Big Adventure) (with TF2 voice overs added to it)
El Chombo - Macarron Chacarron (Batman Ualuealuealeuale song)
DarkMateria - The Picard Song
Coburn - We Interrupt This Programme (Jean Claude Ades remix) (NEDM)

Be ashamed! that is a horrible looking map. Also, give it a sensible name man! not just an abreviation!

I said I was a n00b at map making. What other name should I give it then?

EDIT: I should have mentioned, I was going for gameplay and not graphics and looks. IMO, as long is the map is fun to play with other people then it's a good map.

Has to be fun but if it looks like this you are just taking the piss with tf2. Go back to counterstrike with these maps please or keep it for yourself as practice. This is just bad, there is said it. You are not a noob since you create custom textures and implement sounds, why not use this in a good way instead of diabolic stuff like this?

To tell you the truth, I never played Counter Strike.

K, I'll keep this map to myself. But if you guys want, you can still download it until the link goes bad later.

Nice, I like to see you guys putting someone down for there first map ever made. Its really sad that nobody can actualy " begin " without being critisized. This person feels good for what he made and you put him down, be ashamed. Everyone begins somewere, and you people sure arnt helping him grow.

Read above where he says he isn't a noob.

GJ with basic layout, texturing gives me a headache.
